Breathe In (2013 Drake Doremus & co-scr)

A very simple story, beautifully and artfully presented, in its discretion (and with the beginning being the end) similar to Brief Encounter. Has scenes which are stunningly well edited by Jonathan Alberts (also 45 Years, Like Crazy). Q liked John Guleserian's widescreen photography, which is as intense as everything else, not least the longing desperation of Felicity Jones and Guy Pearce... Subtle, terrific.
