The Miseducation of Cameron Post (2018 Desiree Akhavan & co-scr)

A short, quiet, focused film, doesn't really do anything. Chloe Grace Moretz is fine as girl condemned to religious school where they attempt to 'straighten' her - doesn't help that room mate hops into bed with her, or that teacher John Gallagher Jr is still obviously a mess; his sister (Jennifer Ehle) is one of those scary fundamentalists.

I suppose there are still some dumb people who think being gay can be 'educated' out of you, but they're not gonna be watching this film. So I'm not sure what was the point, really...
