Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix (2007 David Yates)

Michael Goldenberg wrote this; and it's Yates' first. Nicholas Hooper wrote the music, Slawomir Idziak (Three Colours Blue) photographed it and long-time Yates collaborator Mark Day (also with a TV background) edited it - the result is a more straightforward telling with - well - less magic. The fire and lights stuff towards the end is truly spectacular.

New people in cast :Natalia Tena (Tonks), Robert Hardy, Imelda Staunton and Helena Bonham Carter, who makes an impression as Bellatrix Lestrange.
