Oh, Daddy! (1935 Graham Cutts, Austin Melford)

From a scenario by Michael Powell - this is a real completionists's film - it's not even listed in his filmography in his own book.

Essentially quite funny, with Leslie Henson and Robertson Hare members of the Purity Committee who waste no time drinking and getting it on with women - one of them Henson's unknown step-daughter, Frances Day. Unfortunately the film also serves as a showcase for her dubious talents and we are subjected to three awful musical numbers - awful lyrics, awful ideas, awful choreography.
