Stanley Kamel died between seasons (heart attack, 65) so Monk's new therapist is Hector Elizondo. We're getting some more interesting people appearing like 'genius' David Strathairn, Robert Loggia and James Lesure (boxer), Eric McCormack, Robert Schiff, Steve Zahn (as Monk's half brother), Bradley Whitford, Gena Rowlands. But the quality of the writing isn't always as good as it could be.
