Deadly Slumber, by Daniel Boyle. A properly twisty one, this with Brian Cox sympathetic as a millionaire ex-bookie with a braid dead daughter in hospital who he cannot put down. And then the maddest and most far-fetched of the entire series, The Day of the Devil, in which escaped devil worhipper Keith Allen keeps changing his appearance every two minutes without any explanation of who's helping him... Quite fun, though!
