Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, Sacha Baron Cohen, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Michael Keaton, Frank Langella, John Caroll Lynch, Eddie Redmayne, Mark Rylance, Alex Sharp, Jeremy Strong (Succession, The Big Short), Noah Robbins & Danny Flaherty, Ben Shenkman (other defence attorney), Kelvin Harrison Jr (other Black Panther), Caitlin Fitzgerald (undercover), Alice Kremelberg. Good cast, especially Langella, Rylance and Abdul-Mateen - Cohen's accent is variable though he's charismatic.
Massively successful courtroom pic tells of notoriously unfair and biased showcase political trial following the Chicago riots of 1968. I wondered if some of the real clips were from Haskell Wexler's Medium Cool, but they were all library footage. The intercutting of the stories with Cohen's stand up show works really well.

Phedon Papamichael shot it, Michael Fuchs operated. Alan Baumgarten edited.
