In somewhat similar territory to Erin Brockovich, attorney Mark Ruffalo finds out that the inhabitants of a district of West Virginia are being poisoned by PFOA found in water from the area's biggest employer - Dupont Chemicals. He takes them on, but it's a battle that goes on for years.
