Foxes (1979, released 1980 Adrian Lyne)

A decent film, rough around the edges and somewhat erratic in script, contains extremely memorable performance from Jodie Foster, who's graduated to an adult role - in fact whilst watching I realised that back then she was always acting older than her age. All the girls are credible, druggie Cherie Currie, Marilyn Kagan (man chaser) and Kandice Stroh (virgin) and the situations are all quite believable (Gerald Ayres wrote it).

The print we saw was foggy and inaudible. Shot by Leon Bijou and (uncredited) Michael Seresin, who was also a producer, and great editing by James Coblentz; music of its time by Giorgio Moroder.

Jodie Foster, Cherie Currie
With Scott Baio, Sally Kellerman, Randy Quaid, Adam Faith, Laura Dern. Film features an oddly-shaped pickup truck.
