Here's that Jennifer Aniston florist movie, only it's principally about the coming-to-terms of widowed grief counsellor Aaron Eckhardt, whose fine chiselling resembles that of a toy soldier. Ben Fogler is the agent, Martin Sheen his father-in-law, John Carroll Lynch a mourner and Judy Greer a nutty feminist friend.
A decent film, not overly funny, featuring the words quidnunc (overly inquisitive person), poppysmic (the sound of smacking your lips) and sesquipedalianist (long-winded, using obscure words).
Edited by Dana Glauberman (Labor Day, Up In the Air, Juno) and photographed colourfully by Eric Edwards.
