Written by Hillary Seitz, based on a Norweigan film from 1997 with Stellan Skarsgard. Alaska (Canada). Al Pacino is the sleep-deprived cop who *accidentally* shoots his mate Martin Donovan and is observed by the killer Robin Williams. Hilary Swank is the keen as mustard rookie cop who starts to figure out what's going on. In fact I would have made slightly more of her character as she's really the main one we are rooting for.
