'The New Normal' - the healthcare system is reeling from dealing with the pandemic. In a great scene, Max connects all the hospitals so they can trade drugs - reminded me of The Concierge when Michael J Fox deals all the Broadway theatre tickets. They run out of blood too.

Iggy is struggling with an eating disorder. Vijay is recovering from the ravages of Covid - his assistant Dr Agnes Kao - Christine Chang - takes control of the department. Floyd is back in NYC - his marriage is over. Lauren is sheltering a homeless Pakistani doctor.

Quite a lot of Themed writing but excitement in story of leaking toxic chemical, and Iggy's patient breaking in to his house. Only 14 episodes in this one.

I didn't realise Anupam Kher was in Bend It Like Beckham. And Silver Linings Playbook. He apparently resigned to support his wife who had cancer, though I can't verify that story. He's a big star in India.
