Who came up with this title? It doesn't augur well. I suppose we could start with who wrote it: Chuck MacLean and Casey Affleck. It's a heist-gone-wrong / chase film. Matt Damon and Affleck also pick up psychoanalyst Hong Chau as they pursue the money of bent politician Ron Perlman. Also in on things - Alfred Molina, Ving Rhames, Michael Stuhlbarg, Toby Jones.
Why did I find the car chase irritating? Because it seemed so far from reality it was like watching a computer game? Big isn't clever? One of the editors was William Goldenberg, one of four credited. The problem isn't the editing. Nothing seems at stake. It's a curiously flat film.
