After Everything (2023 Castille Landon & scr)

Er.. Apparently this is the fifth film in a series based on books by Anna Todd - its fans hated it. Coming from it unaware, as it were, we just thought it was a badly written and not very well acted film, made totally in the shot - reverse shot manner, but professionally edited by Josh Kirchmer, a former disciple of Emma Hickox, who has taught him well.

Hero Fiennes Tiffin is just obnoxious (until he finally sees sense), Mimi Keene (Sex Ed) no more convincing. Q rates Stephen Moyer, for some reason. Josephine Langford is the missing heroine. The ending - sex at a wedding - is beyond belief. The film I guess is targeted at 13 year old girls. Remind me not to watch any others. We hated the way he never says 'please' or 'thank you'.
